Meet Our Team
Mr. Moses Jatuat is an intelligence security specialist with about 10 years in intelligence, specializing in counterintelligence and intelligence analysis. He has conducted several trainings in intelligence and national security for security services and corporate organizations and was Co-ordinator and Lead Instructor for ACDS-Africa/Jatikay Course in Internal Security and Election Monitoring under the ACDS-Africa/Jatikay 2020 Election Security Program which trained security officials, electoral staff and media for Ghana’s 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections.
Prior to appointment as Director/IISS, he served in various capacities in Civil Society Organizations including Senior Policy Analyst at Aman Center for Democracy, Security and Counterterrorism, Director Research, Policy Analysis and Training at Institute of Security Policy Research and National Security Intern/Fellow at Center for Strategic and Defence Studies, Africa. Presently, he is a Technical Consultant on Preventing Terrorism, Violent Extremism and Radicalization in north-eastern Ghana frontier at Yendi Peace Center and President of Ghana Chapter of International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts.
Mr. Jatuat has attended intelligence and security courses including intelligence security, intelligence operations, intelligence analysis, forensic investigation and national security courses. He is a product of Institute for European Intelligence and Security, Austria, International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals, USA, Galilee International Management Institute, Israel and Doyen Institute of Intelligence and Investigations.
He is a member of recognized professional bodies including International Association for Intelligence Education, International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts and International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals.
Sadiq Adu-Twum is a peace and security analyst. His specialty includes conflict management, mediation, peacebuilding, maritime security operations international relations, counter-terrorism, media and communication, leadership, youth and community development.
He is proficient in peace and security research; intelligence gathering and analysis and has previously engaged in special security operations in the Ghana Armed Forces-Navy and the United Nations department for peacekeeping operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is also a lecturer with Pentecost University-department of Communication Studies. He previously served with the Institute for Security, Disaster and Emergency Studies where lectured in environmental explanations of crime and internal and public security.
He is a graduate of Pentecost University where he obtained Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a Master of Arts in Conflict, Peace and Security from Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center. He holds a professional certificate in Investigative Psychology from Wisconsin Inyernational Univetsity College, professional certificate in Public Relations and Marketing Techniques.
Professional Diploma in Human Resource from Institute of Commercial Marketing UK, professional Diploma in Intelligence Operations from Institute for Intelligence and Strategic Security and certificate in leadership from Accra Business School and Navy Trade Training School (US/Africa Partnership Station Marine Corps). He has also received an honorary doctorate degree in divinity from America Bible University, Georgia, USA.
Sadiq Adu-Twum is a member of the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA), an association committed to professionalism in law enforcement and intelligence analysis at the local, national, and international levels.
Mr. Ben Bijee Muat is a professional educationist with 14 years of professional experience in education and training, working with Ghana Education Service and other training institutions. He has also previously worked with Innovation for Poverty Action as Research Assistant, Field Enumerator at Random House Ghana and Chairman of Audit Board of Accounting Students Association, University of Education, Winneba.
Mr. Muat holds Diploma in Basic Education from Tamale Training College, BSc Accounting Education from University of Education, Winneba and currently pursuing M.A Monitoring and Evaluation at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
Mr. Daniel Odoom is researcher and security professional. His specialty includes bioterrorism, food security and safety. He is also adept in political intelligence research, analysis and strategy and has previously engaged in internal security operations in support of law enforcement. Mr. Odoom has attended several courses locally and abroad including food safety management for development countries, Beijing-China, Climate-Smart Agriculture Mitigation and GIZ funded training in Agricultural Value Chain.
Mr. Odoom is a graduate of University for Development Studies, Tamale where he obtained Bachelor and Master’s degrees and now PhD candidate at University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani. He is also pursuing MSc. Security and Justice Administration at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology
Ms. Victoria Jatuat is a qualified Stenographer and Administrative professional with over 12 years of experience in secretaryship, administration and office management. She has previously worked with Nationwide Computer Training Institute, Koforidua and Ghana Education Service in secretaryship and administrative roles. She holds Stenographer Grade I & II certificates from Government Secretarial School, Professional Diploma in Computer Skills from Nationwide Computer Training Institute and currently pursuing Bachelor of Management Studies at the University of Cape Coast.
