What We Do
The role of intelligence in war and peacetime is of vital importance to national and international security. As a discipline that covers law enforcement, defence, diplomacy and technology involving practices, policies and institutions, national and international bodies have adopted and/or established, as useful and necessary tools in the fight against terrorism, violent extremism, organized crime, transnational and cross-border crimes and other threats to national security.
Besides the relevant state security and intelligence services, a range of organizations have been established for collection, analysis, and operationalization of intelligence with the view to combating national security threats.
The Institute for Intelligence and Strategic Security trains individuals and corporate organisations, including government and private security organisations and NGOs.
This course is designed for members of security agencies, private organizations, NGOs and general public across all levels. It seeks to provide members of the pubic with foundation knowledge on national security concepts etc.
